Role Overview
We’re growing fast and are on the lookout for exceptional Account Managers to join our expanding team. If you’re a driven, entrepreneurial sales professional with a passion for building strong client relationships and delivering results, we’d love to hear from you. This role is ideal for someone with a minimum of three years’ experience in software sales, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited by the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients across the UK.
We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialisation. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days of working from home per week.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities to expand accounts through cross-selling and upselling.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Represent the company professionally and build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Legal, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Implementation to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and forecasts using Salesforce.
  • Travel across the UK to meet clients in person, with occasional overnight stays. When not traveling, you’ll be based in our one of our UK offices.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in a target-driven software sales environment.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and engaging with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results oriented.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools.
  • A collaborative mindset and a desire to continuously learn and grow.
