  • Drive new business growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities within existing and prospective customers.
  • Develop and execute annual sales plans that align with customer needs, distributor priorities, and company objectives.
  • Consistently achieve sales targets and strengthen product positioning through distributor networks and client engagement.
  • Present and promote new products, delivering value-added solutions at client meetings, distributor sessions, and industry events.
  • Partner with customers and distributors to design tailored solutions that solve unique business challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships that drive customer success and business growth.
  • Resolve customer issues with efficiency and professionalism, ensuring a high level of trust and satisfaction.
  • Deliver impactful business reviews by analyzing sales data and presenting actionable insights.
  • Share industry trends, training, and communication to keep partners informed and competitive.
  • Analyze, monitor, and report all sales activity using the Solina Canada CRM platform.
  • Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and promotional investments to ensure objectives are achieved.
  • Negotiate customer contracts and agreements to maximize mutual value.
  • Support marketing initiatives, sales promotions, and product launches across your territory.
  • Oversee promotional and marketing budgets in collaboration with customers and distributors.
