Key Duties and Responsibilities: Develop new customers through outbound prospecting, including cold calling and regular customer meetings. Build strong customer relationships by providing excellent follow-through and follow-up on product requests and orders. Understand customers' business requirements and recommend appropriate solutions. Collaborate with SOURCEABILITY's Sales Director to develop and execute plans to meet sales objectives, such as quarterly GP targets. Perform support, liaison, and coordination activities consistent with account management responsibilities. Requirements and Qualifications: Possession of a Diploma Certificate or equivalent industry accreditation. 3+ years of experience in a related sales or account management role, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs. A high-energy, self-motivated sales professional driven to succeed. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
