We are currently seeking a driven, relationship-focused Account Manager to support our growing dealer network and help expand SAFCO’s presence within the automotive industry. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Serve as a primary point of contact for SAFCO dealer partners through phone, email, and online communication * Present and explain SAFCO’s programs, products, and financing solutions to dealership personnel at all levels * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealer partners while identifying and developing new business opportunities * Follow up on approvals, counteroffers, pending stipulations, and funding needs in a timely manner * Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers in the field to support dealer growth and customer satisfaction * Assist dealers with structuring deals within SAFCO guidelines and lending tolerances * Provide guidance and training regarding contract documentation and funding requirements * Maintain consistent communication regarding promotions, marketing initiatives, and program updates * Support overall sales growth and dealer engagement through proactive outreach and relationship management * Deliver a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and service consistency WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment * Self-motivated with strong follow-up and organizational abilities * Comfortable communicating with dealership management and sales professionals * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment * Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems * Automotive finance or dealership experience preferred * Bilingual skills are a plus QUALIFICATIONS * High School Diploma or GED required * 1–3 years of related experience preferred * Automotive industry experience preferred * Any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge and skills will be considered WHY JOIN SAFCO? * Competitive compensation * Comprehensive benefits package * 401(k) with company match * Paid time off and company-paid holidays * Career growth opportunities within a growing organization * Team-oriented culture focused on accountability, development, and collaboration * Opportunity to make a real impact within a respected auto finance company WORK ENVIRONMENT & SCHEDULE This position is based at our headquarters in Pompano Beach, Florida and requires regular on-site attendance.
