Description
Own the development and maintenance of strong relationships with Clients, including a complete understanding of their goals and objectives, Be responsible for ongoing Client Team communication, engaging in proactive, ongoing communications to provide status, opportunities, manage expectations, and needs associated with achievement of Client’s project, Build and maintain client relationships by providing excellent customer service to both internal and external clients, Provide service support for accounts (handling service issues, invoicing questions and research for individual client requests), Ensure timely and successful delivery of the company services according to customer needs and objectives, Forecast and track key account metrics, accounts P&L, financial analysis and reporting, Drive peak performance and sales success across the accounts, Create, negotiate and close agreements, Develop key presentations to acquire new partnerships, Own and manage partner relationships with the objective to increase revenue and improve partnership, Manage and maintain accounts portfolio assets and information, Train key people as necessary and ramp up on business requirements and client expectations, Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing clients for potential growth attainment, Contribute to ongoing business development, marketing and sales efforts, Manage customer travel, including visa process. 5+ years of account (partnerships) management experience from a gamedev company Four year degree required Proven track record in sales, business development and winning new business in High-tech or Gamedev Ability to identify, clarify and prioritize key issues.
