Key Responsibilities Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business; Responsible for maintaining a strong relationship with the accommodation partners (i.e. visiting accommodations, contacting on regular basis); Acting on leads, partner feedback and information on competitor activity; Able to translate statistics and insights about Booking.com's competitors as well as local market knowledge into relevant actions; Responsible for providing trainings to accommodations about the online reservation systems; Partner events: support in organizing Booking.com events and webinars, as well as participating in external events and trade fairs representing the company. Communications with Key Stakeholders Accommodation Partners Account Executives and Managers Years of relevant Job Knowledge Broad Job Knowledge (3 - 8 years) Requirements of special knowledge/skills Solution oriented and result driven Strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful Proactive, flexible and capable of working independently as well as working in a team Good communication and analytical skills Ability to multi-task & flexible attitude Commercially driven attitude Objection handling Proficiency in English. Sinhala and/or Tamil is a strong advantage.
