YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience is required.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to establish rapport and maintain strong relationships.
  • Strong business acumen with a demonstrated ability to adhere to deadlines and achieve goals and objectives.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, combined with the ability to effectively sell based on customer needs.
  • Proven ability to manage conflict, along with the ability to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by proactively identifying and securing new service contracts, repair opportunities, and modernization projects.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed proposals, including cost estimates and technical requirements, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company standards.
  • Manage assigned customer accounts by developing strong, long-term relationships with existing clients while actively prospecting for new business opportunities.
  • Conduct customer presentations to promote service and modernization solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions of proposals in line with company policies.
  • Prepare booking packages and ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, assess customer needs, and determine the scope of upcoming opportunities.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on completed projects by reviewing and finalizing necessary paperwork. • Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Support collection activities when required, discussing payment alternatives with customers when necessary.
  • Attend branch, regional, or corporate sales meetings and training sessions, including out-of-town travel when required.
  • Maintain accurate reporting of sales activities and results, including daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
  • Collaborate closely with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth execution of service and modernization projects.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
