Job Title: Account Manager - Starlink
Location: Livingston, Scotland (In-office 5 days a week).
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: £40k OTE £55K + benefits

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, specifically within the telecommunications sector or B2B sales, with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build and nurture relationships.
  • Strong understanding of global market trends and the ability to leverage this understanding to maximize opportunities.
  • Demonstrable ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive growth in B2B Starlink services globally.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in various markets.
  • Actively engage in cold calling and market mapping to uncover potential leads and target new clients.
  • Design and implement effective email campaigns and outreach strategies to generate interest and establish connections with prospective customers.
  • Proactively generate own leads and consistently follow up to nurture relationships, ensuring a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Schedule and conduct onsite visits to potential clients to build relationships, understand their needs, and present our solutions.
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of the telecommunications industry and the unique value propositions of Starlink services for businesses.
  • Nurture relationships with potential B2B customers, understanding their needs, and aligning our services with their objectives.
  • Negotiate business deals and contracts with B2B customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote Starlink services to B2B customers.
  • Prepare detailed reports on the status of existing and prospective business opportunities.
