Position: Account Manager Location: Greenville, SC – In-office   Overview: Steep Marketing is seeking a proactive and detail-driven Account Manager to join our growing Client Success / CSR team. This role combines account management, project coordination, order processing, and client communication, serving as a key day-to-day contact between financial advisor clients and Steep’s internal teams.   You’ll help guide clients through the practical steps of their marketing campaigns – from account setup to order submission, campaign coordination, follow-up, and first-line support – ensuring a seamless experience and timely communication throughout the client journey. The ideal candidate is highly organized, confident in professional communication, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.   What you’ll do:  * Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients throughout campaign onboarding, execution, and follow-up. * Process orders, coordinate internal teams, and manage campaign timelines to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction. * Support client onboarding by handling account setup, collecting required materials, and maintaining accurate records in HubSpot, Trailmap, and internal systems. * Conduct territory checks, market research, and quality control reviews to help prevent conflicts and ensure campaign accuracy and compliance readiness. * Communicate campaign updates, next steps, and support needs to clients in a timely and professional manner. * Troubleshoot client questions and coordinate with appropriate team members to resolve issues and support campaign success. * Build strong client relationships by advocating for client needs while balancing company workflows, timelines, and best practices.
