Our Brand: Forex.com Responsibilities Job purpose: We are on the hunt for a motivated and passionate relationship manager to join our team. As a key part of our client facing team, you will act as a trusted advisor to our high-net-worth clients working in collaboration with our Sales, Client Management, Trading, Dealing, Marketing and Research team. Acting as a key touchpoint for the StoneX, you will liaise directly with our clients to assist them with obtaining the most adequate trading solutions they need. You will manage these sophisticated relationships, through regular contact and follow-up, KYC checks and strong market awareness. Key Details: The Relationship Manager role entails client-facing responsibilities for clients located in mainland China. Primary duties will include: Develop, build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth customers by understanding their situation, financial aspirations and needs; Act as the first touchpoint for segmented clients of the StoneX, provide them with the best experience possible Support our ongoing client lifecycle management program through regular upkeep of client information, purpose-led interactions and timely responses to their queries Provide clients accurate and complete information to ensure efficient management of client interactions Proactively contact customers on a regular basis to maintain effective relationships and continually assess portfolio growth opportunities Support client acquisition and referrals by assisting enquiries or leads from business partners; Communicating with customers via email, phone (both inbound and outbound calling), webinar and podcasts in collaboration with our marketing team who will support you with relevant and purpose driven content Write market commentaries as needed As a minimum, meet annually with customers face to face if necessary and conduct monthly telephone discussions relating to their ongoing progress Assist with side projects to support the team and other departments Learn and utilize new concepts related to industry licensing, regulations, policies/procedures, available programs/services Qualifications To land this role you will need: Minimum of 2+ years relationship management experience within the financial services sector Experience within a sales environment working diversified solutions Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal Proven track record working towards weekly or monthly targets and KPIs The ideal candidate must be fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken What makes you stand out: The ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining reliability and punctuality A hunter mentality, always be looking for ways to grow and support our client aspirations Basic leadership skills Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness #LI-Hybrid #LI-GM1
