We are seeking an Account Manager, Strategic Partnerships to join its commercial team. This position will work closely with the Vice President of Sales & Business Development to manage and grow long-term relationships with key clients; S who can build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers by understanding their needs and making sure those needs are met. The ideal candidate will be good at working with important clients, solving problems, and offering the right solutions. This role helps support and grow the business over time. The position is based in Greater Toronto Area, with occasional work required and travel at to other regional facilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating across departments to ensure service excellence.
