QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing preferred
  • 3+ years’ experience growing and retaining a client base in digital advertising (specifically CTV/OTT) or related industry
  • Problem solving and critical thinking abilities to find creative solutions to complex issues
  • Experience building trust and rapport with clients to deepen relationships, while also effectively identifying and pursuing opportunities to drive revenue growth and achieve company objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Polished presentation skills
  • Organized and high attention to detail
  • Proven experience being creative and utilizing data to tell a story
  • Experience with Salesforce, Google workspace and Google slides
  • Demonstrated ability to go above and beyond to deliver a Best-In Class customer experienceStrong analytical skills and ability to creatively utilize data to tell a story and make strategic recommendations to a customer
    The target annual base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 based on experience, plus bonus.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

At Strategus, the Account Manager plays a vital role in ensuring client success across cutting-edge digital advertising campaigns, particularly within the Connected TV (CTV) space. This full-time role is ideal for relationship-driven professionals who thrive in dynamic, solution-oriented and detail focused environments.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Partner with the Sales Team to provide an exceptional client onboarding experience.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for clients and internal team members regarding campaign management and execution.
  • Facilitate collaboration across multiple teams (Sales, Ad Operations, Finance, Product, Vendors) to ensure the goals of your clients are exceeded.
  • Build and fortify long-lasting client relationships.
  • Identify opportunities for upsell/cross-sell of products and services that will enhance the client’s marketing strategy.
  • Utilize resources to troubleshoot campaigns and find solutions.
  • Use data to glean analytics and insights on campaign performance, in partnership with our Ad Operations team.
  • Proactively communicate account opportunities and risks internally, and successfully track important details for your book of business: revenue forecasting, “at risk” account plans, etc.
  • Owns and leads internal and external campaign meetings to ensure full alignment and follow-ups are accomplished.
  • Ensures all end of month billing process are completed within a set deadline
  • Follows determined processes of an order management workflow to ensure accuracy and efficiencies are being followed.
  • Creates advertisers within various DSPs to pull pixels and support clients in placing those pixels for accuracy and success of their campaigns and KPIs.
