What you'll be doing: * Building strong relationships with businesses across Christchurch and Canterbury, becoming a trusted marketing partner. * Prospecting, networking, and actively seeking new business opportunities. * Growing revenue through a combination of new business development and account growth. * Creating tailored marketing and advertising solutions that help clients achieve their goals. * Managing the full sales cycle, from first conversation through to proposal, negotiation, and close. * Using insights, audience data, and market knowledge to identify opportunities and deliver results. * Tracking campaign performance and demonstrating clear return on investment for clients. * Representing Stuff in the local business community through events, networking, and industry engagement. * You're consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets. * New business wins are a regular part of your month. * Your clients see you as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. * Your pipeline is healthy, active, and continually growing. * Your campaigns deliver measurable business outcomes. * You're helping expand Stuff's presence and market share across Canterbury. * A genuine passion for sales and building relationships. * A hunter mindset with the confidence to prospect, network, and open new doors. * Strong commercial acumen and a natural ability to identify opportunities. * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. * Resilience, self-motivation, and a determination to succeed. * The ability to turn business challenges into compelling marketing solutions. * Energy, curiosity, and a drive to continuously improve.
