Our client wants to add a territory-based Account Manager to be a daily, single point of contact who supports 50+ commercial clients throughout Central Maryland. Our Account Managers develop relationships and help clients by delivering on our reputation of saving them time & solving problems. Manage a territory in concert with our Operations team in a role where no two days are the same. Our work creates a ripple that helps the people, families and communities we serve!

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Sales, Management, Customer service experience
  • Detail oriented, highly organized, excellent follow through skills
  • Energized by the challenge to deliver quality results
  • Works independently; self-starter who can coordinate projects and services
  • Excellent verbal and strong written communication skills
Responsibilities
  • Consult with clients, ensuring quality results are delivered, demonstrate the VALUE we can deliver
  • Manage & expand relationships; identify/propose other opportunities to solve issues - we offer over 20 facility services!
  • Guide, manage, mentor your Night Manager working with contractors and crews
  • Manage any number of types of projects for your clients
  • Implement company policies, procedures and best practices for client service
