JOB SUMMARY:

The Maintenance Account Manager (MAM) serves as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial and/or residential lawn maintenance clients. This role is responsible for overseeing crew performance, ensuring service quality, managing property audits, resolving client concerns, coordinating equipment and material needs, and driving customer satisfaction and retention.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2–4 years of experience in landscape maintenance, preferably in a supervisory or account management role
  • Strong knowledge of turf, plant care, irrigation systems, and seasonal landscape practices
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in CRM, scheduling, and mobile job management software
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

    Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
