Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As an Account Manager, you’ll be the vital link between our Occupational Health services and our valued clients. You’ll build strong relationships, ensure smooth service delivery, and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Managing the delivery of high-quality Occupational Health services across your client portfolio
  • Attending client meetings to plan and review contract performance
  • Producing detailed reports in line with contractual obligations
  • Identifying and acting on upselling opportunities
  • Supporting audits and ensuring compliance with service standards
  • Facilitating seamless communication across teams
  • Working closely with the Head of Operations to align with company goals

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • Proven experience in Account Management within Occupational Health
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and client engagement abilities
  • A solid understanding of Occupational Health software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • A track record of developing and closing sales pipelines
  • Experience delivering against targets and building long-term client relationship
