As an Account Manager with ARA Group, you will manage and grow a portfolio of strategically important and highly active security accounts, delivering exceptional service and identifying opportunities to expand security and technology offerings. You will lead senior-level stakeholder engagement, account planning, reporting, and commercial activities while delivering against demanding performance objectives. As a credible security partner to your clients, you will provide trusted advice and deliver electronic security solutions spanning access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection that support their operational and business goals. What You'll Do Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, acting as their primary point of contact Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue growth, profitability, and client retention objectives Identify and secure opportunities to expand services, enhance solutions, and support clients' long-term business goals Lead Quarterly Business Reviews, monitor account performance against KPIs, and provide meaningful insights and recommendations Manage commercial activities, including contract renewals, tender submissions, pricing negotiations, and solution delivery coordination What You'll Bring 3–5 years' account management experience within the electronic security industry with a solid understanding of security solutions, including access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems Experience with ICT systems, Gallagher or Inner Range access control, and Axis cameras is advantageous Ability to prepare tenders, proposals, and pricing estimates while identifying solutions aligned to client business objectives Proven success in retaining and developing corporate clients while building long-term partnerships based on trust and responsiveness Strong communication and stakeholder management skills A current security licence and a valid driver's licence are required What's On Offer Join one of Australasia's largest privately owned providers of integrated infrastructure, facilities, and security solutions Work with leading security technologies and solutions across a broad portfolio of corporate and commercial clients Be part of a supportive and collaborative team environment Full-time, permanent role based in Mt Wellington Competitive base salary + commission + Kiwi Saver + vehicle, and tools of the trade How to Apply Your application will be reviewed within 5 working days of receipt.
