The Account Manager is responsible for addressing clients concerns and resolving any conflicts that arise whilst protecting the revenue generated through the residential conveyancing instructions received from TRs Key Accounts.
The Account Manager needs to understand Panel SLA’s and pricing structures and be able to positively manage the client relationship when necessary, in order to maximise revenue generation. They will need to train and monitor the implementation of RCP and panel SLAs by fee earners, including consultants.
