Team Global Express is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our high-performing Sales team located at Berrimah , Northern Territory . This role is ideal for someone who excels in building client relationships, driving business growth, and delivering outstanding service.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing clients. You will act as the main point of contact for your customers, ensuring their needs are met, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and collaborating across departments to deliver a seamless customer experience. Your focus will be on improving client satisfaction, increasing revenue, and reducing churn by providing strategic and operational support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
