KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Good understanding of IT infrastructure, telecom solutions, and managed services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As an Account Manager at Lily, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with existing clients, ensuring that their IT and Telecoms needs are met with the highest level of service. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, drive customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities for account growth and renewal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, preferably within the IT or Telecoms services industry, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
  • Proactively manage client accounts to ensure services are being delivered effectively and efficiently.
  • Understand client business needs and work with internal teams to design and implement customised IT and telecoms solutions.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on account status, service performance and relationships.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients.
  • Collaborate with the wider sales team and technical to ensure smooth project delivery and issue resolution.
  • Troubleshoot client concerns, offering technical support and guidance where necessary.
  • Monitor and track client satisfaction, making recommendations for service improvements.
  • Drive contract renewals and assist with negotiating terms and pricing.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
