Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

To manage existing retailer relationships across a group of emerging customers as well as drive sales out activities, working autonomously within a small designated geographical territory with allocated accounts. You will implement and execute company and national account plans at account level & store level including promotional activities, merchandising, negotiating greater share of shelf and general problem solving to exceed company goals whilst showcasing your product expertise to retail sales staff and customers through best in class product training, demonstrations and masterclasses. This role will be split between office-based account management align with field territory activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Account Management: Own and manage assigned accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders.
In-Store Execution: Plan and execute over & above merchandising displays.
Product Training: Deliver face-to-face product training and demonstrations.
