Key Responsibilities Renew existing policies across Thailand region Identify cross- and up-selling opportunities on existing policies Ensure proper pricing Apply commercial underwriting standards to ensure profitability and quality of customer portfolio Educate and assist intermediaries and policy holders on policy details Maintain accurate policy information in group systems Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with existing policy holders Interact closely with other core functions (i.e. Risk, Claims and Policy Admin) Any other ad hoc tasks assigned Job Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance/financial institutions in B-to-B accounts management in a multicultural organization Ability to build extensive network with close contacts to market players, policy holders and brokers Strong communication and negotiation skill Good written and spoken English and Thai Able to travel within ASEAN countries within short notice #Singapore #ASEAN #LI-LJ1
