What the role is Account Manager Working Hours 37.5 hours, Monday – Friday, Contract Type Permanent, Location Lytham St Annes, Responsible for supporting the internal and field-based sales team and increasing business by building great relationships with agencies. Provide feedback to agencies on progress for their contractors. Maintain regular communications with your allocated agency base. Build relationship with agency consultants (new and existing) to maintain and grow Danbro market share of each agencies business. Identify and secure profitable referrals and look at exploring upsell opportunities to wider Danbro products and services Develop communications plans for agencies and ensure planned activities are completed. Understand commercial aspects of the role and adhere to profitability metrics expected Secure qualified registrations against personal registration target Fielding incoming calls and emails Proactively ensure outbound calls and activities are completed against achievable KPI metrics Attend regular training sessions and perform role-plays relevant to the role to help with coaching and feedback Ensure you are continually up-to-date with previous, current and proposed legislative changes. Attend presentations and training sessions to improve business development relationships and skills. Ensure that the CRM system is kept up to date with accurate and relevant information to assist with Business Development and Marketing communications. Liaise with internal departments to resolve contractor and agency queries. Partner with the marketing team to create and distribute merchandise and Point-of-Contact packs to agencies, identifying and capitalising on new marketing opportunities.
