SUMMARY

We’re hiring a Account Manager to join our dynamic team in London with Apartment Industry Experience. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our ambitious strategy to become a category leader across multiple markets in Europe and Asia Pacific. Your contributions will directly impact our mission of delivering exceptional corporate accommodation experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Adhere, lead and oversee compliance for all client contractual obligations (Service Level Agreements, Master Service Agreements and Statements of Work etc.)
  • Investigate, track and resolve customer and client concerns; identify trends and implement solutions.
  • Implementing client retention plans in line with the greater client services strategy
  • Oversee all VIP arrivals and coordinate with the operations teams
  • Actively engage with key clients contact on a regular schedule to build relationship with client and grow relationship
  • Conduct detailed client analysis to determine opportunities for additional revenue.
  • Establish and monitor client performance metrics and take necessary action steps to ensure compliance.
  • Identify industry trends that impact growth and development of your clients. Be active in apartment industry events that can be fostered nationally.
  • Understand current policies, practices, trends and technology within TheSqua.re to support implementing solutions for managing your clients.
  • Provide reporting as required by senior management
  • Gather, analyse, and disseminate client data to assist senior leadership with both opportunity and risk evaluation.
  • Build relationships internally and externally to maximize opportunities for Thesqua.re growth and market share, make the customer feel valued.
  • Manage clients within Business Rules and ensure that our internal team follows all terms and conditions within rules and process flows.
  • Develop and grow account plan; implement account & marketing strategy
  • Determine customers’ unmet needs and translate internally for adequate follow up
  • Ability to meet or exceed productivity requirements, measured quarterly and annually
  • Maintain client-reporting schedules and assist with other duties as directed by Reservations Manager
  • Arranging client meetings and apartment viewings.
  • Attend networking events as required.
  • Key account management.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments and highlight any problems that arise, working to find solutions.
  • Maximise every sales opportunity and ensure that revenue targets are met.
