Job Title: Account Manager - Trade / B2B

Join a dynamic and growing business in the furniture market. We are a growing force in the furniture market, supplying high-quality products to retailers, marketplaces, and our own B2C platforms. Our next big focus is the B2B trade and contract sector, working with hotels, supermarkets, department stores, resorts, and more. We’re looking for a driven account manager to take ownership of this area, win new contracts, and grow lasting trade relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with decision-makers across target trade sectors.
  • Develop new business through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Prepare accurate quotations and proposals that meet client needs while protecting margins.
  • Respond promptly to inbound trade enquiries and manage follow-up.
  • Arrange and lead customer face-to-face and virtual meetings to secure orders and build long-term accounts.
  • Develop deep product knowledge to advise clients confidently.
  • Negotiate and close deals that drive revenue and maintain customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years in account management, sales, or business development (ideally in trade, contract, or retail supply).
  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills and a commercial mindset.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple accounts.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, preparing sales reports, and working towards targets.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £13.50-£15.50 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
