Are you a hungry, energetic Account Manager looking for the next step in your career? Traffic is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join the team to work with our amazing clients from Traffic’s Sydney office in Darlinghurst.
Traffic is an award-winning independent integrated brand transformation agency specialising in, brand creation and developing disruptive brand communications for our amazing clients.
Our work encompasses all parts of brand promotion, including but not limited to brand strategy, consumer marketing, retail marketing, and design. With a modern environment and great culture in both Melbourne and Sydney offices, this is a company that rewards staff and is focused on retention.
In the role, you will work with Traffic’s integrated departments – Traffic Brand, Social Media, Digital, Search, Performance Marketing, and Media Buying teams.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience of minimum 4 years in a fast-paced integrated agency
  • Past experience in Retimrent Lifestyle aged care/retirement communities would be an advantage.
  • Experience in implementing integrated campaigns nationally
  • Experience in skilfully managing clients and their needs and expectations
  • Estimating projects
  • Working with creative and design teams and delivering work through the studio
  • Produce brand films, digital assets, TVC’s and more
  • A can-do attitude
  • Team orientation, character, and a great sense of humour
  • Campaign reporting with the internal teams.
Responsibilities
  • Experience in a similar role within a reputable agency
  • Government campaign experience would be beneficial
  • Passion for brilliance and desire to deliver the unexpected
  • Flawless attention to detail and the ability to follow and drive the Traffic process
  • Delivering and activating integrated campaigns for our clients nationally.
  • Meeting and liaising with a range of clients to discuss and identify their needs
  • Be a key point of contact for your clients
  • Assist with the formulation of marketing strategies, working with agency teams to create campaigns that meet (and exceed) the client’s brief and expectations
  • Manage budgets, campaign calendars, and media schedulesAssist in presenting the campaign ideas to the client and activating them
  • Be accountable for the trafficking of jobs through the agency from commencement to completion
  • Be accountable for ensuring accurate estimating and invoicing
