This role will be instrumental in defining processes, building deep client relationships, and driving growth across our existing portfolio. Reporting to the VP Sales – Americas, you will manage and grow key client accounts across the US and Canada, with a special focus on the rollout and expansion of our newest product, TraildPay, and other upselling opportunities. We want to meet you if you are a relationship builder, revenue driver, and strategic thinker who is ready to roll up their sleeves in a fast-paced scale-up environment.   Key Responsibilities  * Account Growth & Expansion: Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize client value and revenue. * Client Retention & Relationship Management: Build trusted relationships to drive renewals, satisfaction, and long-term retention. * Sales Enablement & Collaboration: Partner with sales, product, and support teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and support go-to-market strategies. * Pipeline & Target Management: Maintain a robust pipeline and meet/exceed sales and retention goals. * Account Planning & Execution: Lead account strategies, ensuring seamless management across the customer lifecycle.   Who You Are: (include required qualifications, experience, education)  * Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a Sales-related role. * Proven background in SaaS B2B companies.
