Job Details Job Location: Century Fire Protection Marianna - Marianna, FL 32446 Position Type: Full Time Travel Percentage: None Div. 3 Marianna, FL Summary Responsible for establishing relationships with customers, responding to service requests, and providing support to Account Managers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Begin to establish post-sales relationships with customers. Follow up with customers on completed inspections and inquire about need for additional services. Assist superintendents with setting up work orders. Respond to customer service requests by phone or email. Answer incoming calls and direct to correct party. Assist account manager with day-to-day tasks. Provide assistance to office administrator with daily administrative tasks. Education and/or Experience Bachelors degree and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Computer Skills Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel; Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred. What's In It For You?
