• Problem solving any questions, concerns, or issues that may arise
• Ensure all clients are satisfied, develop rapport, attract new customers, and create profitability
• Use both confidence and self-awareness during customer interactions with customers to relate with them and help them recognize the benefits of our client’s products and services
• Active in the sales process including upgrades, client acquisition and account management
• Handle highly sensitive and confidential information
• Track metrics to share with the Senior Management and determine what training tactics must be updated or removed to increase the company’s overall performance
• Providing excellent customer service and being able to handle inquiries and concerns in a fast and efficient manner
