Description

If you’ve built a foundation in sales, customer service, or client support and are now looking to step into a more structured and growth-focused role, this is your next move. We’re hiring an Entry Level Account Manager Trainee to join our expanding telecommunications team, where you’ll take ownership of customer accounts, support business development, and contribute directly to revenue growth through strategic sales and relationship management.
As an Entry Level Account Manager Trainee, you’ll act as the bridge between our clients and their telecommunications solutions—ensuring satisfaction, building trust, and identifying opportunities for upgrades or expanded service. You’ll be supported by experienced leaders and a performance-driven environment that values your voice, effort, and long-term potential in sales management.

ENTRY LEVEL ACCOUNT MANAGER TRAINEE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A passion for sales, client engagement, and delivering real value through telecommunications solutions
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably with some exposure to sales or account management
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex solutions for a wide range of audiences
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple accounts, and adapt in a fast-paced setting
  • A self-starter with a performance mindset and the desire to grow into future management roles
  • Willingness to learn, take feedback, and continuously improve your approach
Responsibilities
  • Manage and support assigned customer accounts, ensuring service satisfaction and clear communication
  • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to individual customer goals and usage needs
  • Monitor account performance and analyze key sales metrics to guide decision-making
  • Assist with managing the full sales cycle—from initial contact to post-sale follow-up
  • Deliver personalized product and service presentations that drive engagement and conversions
  • Support onboarding processes, service renewals, and account upgrades to improve customer retention
  • Collaborate with senior managers and team leads to refine your sales and account management techniques
