The entry level Account Manager Trainee is responsible for the planning and execution of compelling sales campaigns on behalf of our clients. Our mission is to ensure our clients’ sales targets are met or exceeded, and our entry level Account Manager Trainee team is at the forefront of this effort. The ideal candidate for the entry level Account Manager Trainee role is excited to become a sales-ninja and help our clients reach their business goals. The best part- we provide full training for all of our new entry level Account Manager Trainees! This position is entry level, so no experience is required to apply. We provide tailored training classes for our entry level Account Manager Trainees to sharpen their sales and business development skills. ACCOUNT MANAGER TRAINEE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Communications or related field is preferred.
  • Leadership experience is a plus (sports, clubs, work, military, etc.)
  • Ability to think strategically and contribute to business development initiatives.
  • Passion for meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Student mentality with the desire to pursue a leadership role from the entry level.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred but not required- we provide full training for each of our entry level Account Manager Trainees!

    Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute promotional sales campaigns to drive customer engagement and enhance brand visibility.
  • Work directly with customers to educate them on our clients’ products, services, and offerings.
  • Maintain and organize sales documentation, ensuring all records are up-to-date, easily accessible, and accurately reflect current sales activities and client interactions.
  • Track business performance and KPI’s to ensure company goals are being met.
  • Maintain professionalism when handling customer inquiries and complaints, and escalate to the appropriate department if necessary.
  • Attend virtual and in-person training sessions to gain a comprehensive understanding of sales strategies and business processes.
