We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager – Transportation who will support revenue growth by managing customer accounts and driving sales within the organization. This role builds strong customer relationships through consistent engagement, proactive communication, and effective collaboration with internal teams. The Account Manager plays a key role in customer retention, satisfaction, and identifying new opportunities to meet evolving customer needs. The Account Manager will be responsible for meeting their volume growth targets, appropriate pricing actions, on time payment and other key commercial metrics. Responsibilities * Engage customers via in person visits, phone, email, and virtual meetings to maintain active relationships. * Develop "high, wide and deep" relationships with customers * Meet commercial KPIs not limited to volume growth, pricing actions, and on time payments.  * Build trust and rapport to drive long-term retention and satisfaction. * Recommend solutions and product options based on customer needs and feedback. * Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to follow up on leads and campaigns. * Support account activities, manage CRM data, and ensure timely responses to inquiries. * Identify sales opportunities through day-to-day interactions. * Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance customer experience. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. * 5+ years of experience in account management, inside sales, or customer service—preferably in a B2B or manufacturing environment. Experience with CRM tools and managing a high volume of accounts is preferred. * Proven experience in masterbatch and polymer compounding processes, including formulation, processing, and performance optimization. * Demonstrated experience supporting the automotive industry, with knowledge of OEM/Tier supplier requirements, specifications, and quality standards.
