Job Description You are all about growing sales and achieving our goals You manage a number of accounts within our Travel partner stores in order to ensure that sales and profitability targets are achieved or exceeded. To instil the highest standards of customer service and product knowledge into host stores staff. To ensure merchandising objectives, operating standards and controllable costs are managed effectively in stores and reporting is carried out in a timely and effective manner. For 40 hours per week, you: Achieve and, wherever possible, exceed sales and profit budgets, corporate and individual productivity goals for shelf and stores to maximise customer conversion and add on selling results by close monitoring of KPI measurements. Take appropriate action to address performance issues where necessary in conjunction with the management team Ensure the highest standards of visual merchandising and presentation in line with pre-determined company initiatives are maintained on all accounts according to the brand guidelines Ensure that stock levels are regularly reviewed and maintained to maximise sales and liaise direct with the marketing team to ensure the store is adhering to the required standards Motivate and educate the staff of the Travel partner stores to make sure there is sufficient knowledge of the assortment and to make them true ambassadors of the brand Are being responsible to efficiently schedule your own travels from A-Z Other than that, you develop action plans, in consultation and approval of the management team, to increase sales, address problem areas and capitalise on trends and identify ways to increase sales through analysis of stores business sales reports. You plan and coordinate appropriate local events to increase sales, brand awareness and customer loyalty, in conjunction and approval of the management team. Last but not least, manage the planning, co-ordination and implementation of store events and the promotional calendars.
