Responsibilities

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

As Account Manager UK you are responsible of managing the relationships with existing customers within your respective sales territory, as well as further grow the business by acquiring new accounts. You are driving the increase of market share and sales volume as well as strengthen our customer satisfaction. Among your exciting tasks and responsibilities are:

  • Develop sales strategies for your Accounts by evaluation their potential for growth
  • Plan and prioritize sales activities, conduct customer visits and set up a communication plan
  • Work closely with Customer Service and Product Management to provide to the customer solutions, products and best services
  • Track your own sales activities and customer information in our CRM system
  • Coordinate with Cflex departments to ensure accurate administration of data and document
