PURPOSE OF ROLE:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will own and develop key client relationships across a defined portfolio of top UK automotive retail accounts. You’ll sit at the heart of a cross-functional “pod” that includes sales, professional services, and customer success—acting as the strategic lead and advocate for your customers.
You will be responsible for ensuring the retention and growth of your accounts, building long-term partnerships, driving client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for expansion within your portfolio.
