THE ROLE

As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in growing our enzyme and probiotic business, with a strong focus on swine and poultry production . You’ll be at the forefront of our customer relationships — developing new opportunities, supporting existing accounts, and delivering tailored BioSolutions that improve performance, sustainability, and animal well-being.
This is more than a sales role: it’s a chance to help shape the future of animal nutrition in the UK, working with an industry-leading portfolio and a collaborative European team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Drive sales growth for our enzyme and probiotic portfolio in the UK market.
  • Build strong relationships with producers, integrators, and distributors in swine and poultry sectors.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining long-term customer partnerships.
  • Collaborate with technical and marketing colleagues across Europe to deliver customer-focused solutions.Represent Novonesis at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
