We are looking for an energetic and persistent Account Manager, for our automotive segment, who is passionate about developing customer relationships, understands the value of first-class service and has an interest in technical products.

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate for this role comes with 1-5 years of experience from a relevant sales position, where you have worked with value-based sales and building customer relationships. If you have experience selling lubricants or have a background in the automotive industry, it will of course be a great advantage - but this is not a requirement.
You are used to advising customers, booking and holding customer meetings and are fluent in both Norwegian and English (English is our official company language), and have a valid driving license. It will be an advantage if you are able to speak Swedish as well.

Above all, for you to thirve in our work environment you have an open and collaborative personality. We are looking for a profile that is inquisitive and that wants to move forward and is therefore both persistent, has great drive and commitment and has a “can do attitude”.
In addition, we are looking for a candidate who is quick to acquire and implement new knowledge, and who wants to improve his skills within the company’s product portfolio and eventually become an expert.
It is also important that you are results-oriented, goal-oriented, structured and have a winning mentality that enables you to win new business and deliver good results.
Finally, you are a strong communicator who can make a difference at all levels of an organization and who understands the art of listening and creating long-term customer relationships.
We work in a Nordic organization, it means that you will find your colleagues in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. And you will report to our Sales Manager Thomas Lausen who is placed in Copenhagen.
