We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced South Africa based Account Manager to help shape our Account Management function. This role will be instrumental in defining processes, building deep client relationships, and driving growth across our existing portfolio. Reporting to the Global Head of Sales, you will manage and grow key client accounts across the US and Canada, with a special focus on the rollout and expansion of our newest product, TraildPay, and other upselling opportunities. Key Responsibilities Account Growth & Expansion: Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize client value and revenue. Client Retention & Relationship Management: Build trusted relationships to drive renewals, satisfaction, and long-term retention. Sales Enablement & Collaboration: Partner with sales, product, and support teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and support go-to-market strategies. Pipeline & Target Management: Maintain a robust pipeline and meet/exceed sales and retention goals. Account Planning & Execution: Lead account strategies, ensuring seamless management across the customer lifecycle. Who You Are: Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a Sales-related role. Someone with a proven sales related background in SaaS B2B companies. Experience in fintech, ERP, payments, accounting, or related sectors is a bonus Strong understanding of complex software products and integrations, with the ability to clearly communicate their value to customers. Confident presenting contractual, technical, and financial solutions to both client and internal executive stakeholders. You have a track record of consistently exceeding sales or renewal targets in a fast-paced environment. Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to client engagement and internal collaboration. Strong teammate who embraces growth, hands-on execution, adaptability, and the scale-up spirit.
