Key Responsibilities: Drive new business growth by identifying and acquiring customers within our small to midsize portfolio Engage proactively with prospects through phone and email to build strong relationships and uncover opportunities Collaborate closely with the onsite sales team, playing a key role in achieving shared goals and delivering exceptional customer experiences Adopt a consultative, solution-oriented approach, understanding each customer’s unique needs to tailor the right payment solutions Own the full sales cycle - from initial outreach and needs assessment to negotiation and contract closure Skills and Experience You'll Need Fluent in Finnish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages Finnish citizenship and the ability to work from our Helsinki office location Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience) Experience in banking, insurance, or the payments industry is a strong advantage A true hunter salesperson with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets Self-motivated and driven, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability A credible, confident, and persuasive negotiator who builds trust quickly Solution-oriented and proactive, always looking for ways to add value for customers Energetic, enthusiastic, and positive, bringing great energy to every interaction A collaborative team player who communicates clearly and works well with others Our Commitment Verifone is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
