Opta Information Intelligence provides its insurance and corporate clients with tools and information to help manage and authenticate risk information, in turn helping them discover and explore business opportunities, become more competitive, generate business, and gain the insight required to make profitable business decisions.

We are currently seeking an Account Manager for our Markham, Ontario office.

  • Individual must demonstrate the ability to work well independently
  • Previously demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
  • A positive attitude with a strong focus on client service; willingness to seek, build and maintain relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to be proactive in identifying and implementing solutions
  • Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Exceptional computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Completion a post-secondary education or possess a combination of education and industry experience.
  • 3-5 years of previous work experience in a sales or account management role.
  • Experience in the Insurance industry is required.
