Your Role
As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding our customer relationships. Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you’ll be responsible for managing existing system user accounts, supporting insurer relationships at an operational level, and ensuring clients maximise the value of their partnership with Ignite.
You will also have commercial responsibilities, including revenue retention, managing retained development days, and identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new business growth.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in account management, customer success, or business development.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Commercial awareness and confidence in managing revenue targets and upsell opportunities.
  • Ability to understand and align client requirements with business capabilities.
  • Highly organised with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
  • Nice to Have
  • Experience within the insurance industry (personal lines preferred but not required).
  • Knowledge of policy administration systems or insurance technology solutions.Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven account management.
