THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to lead and grow a portfolio of customers across NSW, with a strong focus on the Fruit & Produce sector and other agriculture-related industries. Reporting to the State Sales Manager – Visy Board NSW, this role is central to delivering growth through strong customer relationships, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of the agri supply chain.
You’ll work closely with existing customers to protect core business, identify new opportunities, and introduce the broader Visy packaging portfolio. You’ll also represent NSW in national forums, contributing to strategic development in emerging markets including Western Sydney and regional agri hubs.

Responsibilities
  • Manage key accounts across the Fruit & Produce sector and broader agri market in NSW.
  • Build strong, multi-tiered relationships to retain and grow customer partnerships.
  • Lead contract renewals, pricing strategy, and value engineering to drive commercial outcomes.
  • Actively identify and convert new business opportunities across agricultural supply chains.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Technical, Commercial and Operations teams to deliver value-added solutions.
  • Champion cross-selling opportunities across Visy’s full packaging suite.
  • Drive process improvements using tools such as e-Visy, Salesforce, and reporting platforms.
  • Contribute to state and national strategy for Visy’s Fruit & Produce segment, including participation in forums and growth projects.
