THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded Account Manager to manage a portfolio of Fibre Packaging customers based in the North / West Suburbs of Melbourne. You’ll play a key role in protecting and growing our market share by strengthening existing customer relationships, driving account performance, and delivering on revenue and margin targets.
This is a critical customer-facing role that offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to influence real outcomes across Victoria’s northern and western industrial corridor.

Responsibilities
  • Manage customer accounts to meet sales, margin and service targets.
  • Identify, convert, and retain new business opportunities to grow market share.
  • Coordinate pricing, forecasting, and negotiation of commercial terms.
  • Collaborate with quality, operations, and finance teams to deliver end-to-end account solutions.
  • Ensure market intelligence and data is used to support profitable sales strategies.
  • Monitor debtors, customer feedback, and delivery performance (DIFOT).
  • Support cost and quality improvement initiatives, including stereo/forme cost recovery and pallet returns.
