We are seeking an experienced and driven Account Manager to represent Volvo Trucks and Mack Trucks across the Auckland and Whangārei region. This is an exciting opportunity to manage, grow and build strong, long-lasting relationships and uncover new sales opportunities. Your Mission Reporting to the National Sales Manager - Volvo Truck and Bus, you will be responsible for: Managing and growing existing fleet and key customer accounts Identifying new business opportunities across the region Providing tailored transport solutions including new truck sales, finance, service agreements and support packages Building strong relationships with owner-drivers, fleet managers and transport operators Working closely with service and parts teams to ensure exceptional aftersales support Achieving sales targets and maintaining accurate CRM reporting Representing the Volvo and Mack brands professionally in the market This role covers Auckland through to Whangārei, with regular travel required. What You Bring Proven sales experience in the road transport (or similar) industry. Enthusiastic, self-starter, able to work autonomously. Demonstrated time management and organisational skills. Available to travel your region with some overnight stays required. Minimum class 4 (heavy truck) NZ Driver’s Licence. Strong communicator – both verbal and written. Proficient with MS Office software. Mechanical/Diesel Technician or heavy truck driving experience may be an advantage.
