About the role: You will be responsible for growing our structural steel business across the Gold Coast region, building strong client relationships, and driving new business opportunities. Key responsibilities: Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and strengthening our presence in the region. You will Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities Managing and growing an existing portfolio of clients Building and maintaining strong customer relationships Preparing quotes and delivering sales presentations Conducting market analysis and staying up to date with industry trends and upcoming projects Collaborating with internal teams to deliver the best outcomes for customers Always ensuring exceptional customer service Previous experience in external or B2B sales (steel or related industry experience highly regarded) A proven track record of developing new business and achieving sales targets Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills A proactive “can-do” attitude and strong work ethic Intermediate computer skills The ability to work both independently and as part of a team A background in steel manufacturing or distribution will be highly advantageous Please note, as health & safety is important to us, you will be asked to complete a pre-employment drug screen if you are to be successful.
