RICI Contracting is a fast-growing, innovative contractor providing environmental services, facility maintenance, and property solutions. Our Environmental Division is scaling rapidly, with a focus on front-end bin rentals for property managers and roll-off bins for contractors.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of sales/account management experience in waste management, facility services, or environmental solutions.
• Existing relationships with property managers or experience managing a book of business in the waste industry strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, highly organized, and able to work independently.
• Valid G driver’s license and reliable vehicle (local travel 40–50%).

• Build and manage a portfolio of property managers and contractors using our bin rental services.
• Actively prospect, cold-call, and develop new client relationships to expand market share.
• Manage the full sales cycle: qualifying leads, preparing proposals, negotiating, closing, and onboarding clients.
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular site visits and service reviews.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed on industry trends, pricing, competitors, and regulatory requirements.
• Represent RICI at industry functions, networking events, and client meetings.
• Prepare accurate reports on account activity, sales pipeline, and market opportunities.
