WHAT WE SEEK

We are looking for a seasoned professional who can balance technical expertise with relationship management. To succeed, you should have:

  • Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience in water treatment
  • Certification that sets you apart: CWT designation, 2nd or 3rd Class Power Engineer, or Water Treatment Class 1, 2, or 3 (preferred)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and a client-first mindset
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • Eligibility to work in Canada
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As an Account Manager – Water Treatment Professional, you’ll be the point of connection between Pace and our clients in Southern Saskatchewan. This is a dual-threat role: part technical service delivery, part strategic account growth. You will:

  • Deliver or oversee water treatment programs on site, ensuring systems run efficiently and reliably
  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies, identifying opportunities and guiding technicians in client growth
  • Manage client relationships with professionalism, trust, and consistency
  • Communicate effectively with clients, technicians, and regional leadership to maintain clarity and alignment
  • Stay current with industry advancements and share insights to improve our technical and service capabilities
  • Achieve or exceed regional sales targets by adapting to evolving client and market needs
