As an Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in nurturing and growing relationships with existing accounts in your assigned territory. You’ll be responsible for managing the monthly revenue of your book of business through upsells and renewals , ensuring consistent growth and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with assigned accounts, acting as the primary point of contact
  • Lead the sales process for renewals and upselling opportunities, ensuring client retention and growth
  • Identify key decision-makers within accounts and facilitate introductions for product renewals and upsells.
  • Build and nurture client relationships to foster long-term partnerships, drive contract growth, and secure renewals
  • Monitor client satisfaction, address concerns, and coordinate with the West Customer Engagement team to resolve issues effectively
  • Maintain in-depth expertise of Notified’s solutions and keep updated on competitive offerings
  • Engage with sales operations resources throughout the sales cycle to enhance efficiency and effectivenessProactively manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely updates and monitoring of opportunities
