At CM.com, our Wholesale division plays a crucial role in global communication, enabling seamless connectivity with over 100,000 potential partners across different countries. We operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where customers can be both competitors and suppliers, making strategic relationship-building key to success.
You will be part of our Wholesale team, which consists of a Team Lead, three Account Managers, and a Data Analyst. As a new Account Manager, you’ll focus on managing existing relationships while expanding our global customer base. You’ll work closely with your colleagues, learning from each other in a collaborative and energetic atmosphere.
Your role is essential in securing the best routes for our messaging products, ensuring both competitive pricing and top-tier quality. You’ll be in daily contact with international bilateral partners via phone, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, and will also meet them in person during industry events and regular European meetups.
We believe in long-term partnerships over short-term transactions. That’s why we’re looking for someone who can establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships, acting as a true business partner rather than just a supplier.
