  JOB DESCRIPTION (Role, Responsibilities & authority)     Role(Position) Account Manager Department/Process Sales Reports to ZM Location Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi   Qualification Master’s in business administration/ B Tech with 3-4 years of B-to-B experience in project sales   Experience & skills Minimum 5-6 years of sales experience in B-to-B project sales, Customer Engagement, Good Communication, Influencing, Negotiation skills. Good Presentation Skills, Aggressive, performance Oriented, Self-motivated. Dynamic person with positive attitude. Ability to engage with senior level customers.   Primary Function Responsible for Overall sales for the regions. Handling the dealers & end users. Engage with Key accounts. Generate Lead and Enquiries Convert Enquiries to sales. Customer satisfaction.   Responsibilities: Meet the business plan assigned for the region effectively in every Qtr and annually. Generate Lead and enquiries. Convert enquiries to sales. Engage with Architects/Consultants/End users in the region and generate quality leads and enquiries. Work closely with the dealers and ensure dealers meet their Quarterly and Annual Plan Nos. Inventory management. Conduct various Customer meets in the region to build strong brand recognitions and presence. Work closely with Government dept and ensure Wipro Make is approved in all tenders and purchase. Engage with Contractors and convert the business in our favor. Dealer development in the region. Appoint new dealers to increase the business in the region. Understand the Competition in the market and report new competition activities in the market. Authorities (empowered to take decisions) 1. Financial     :  Negotiating & finalizing order from customers with approved prices from marketing. 2.
